Kenton Budd MNAEA
Director
Kenton has been an estate agent in Chichester since 1993. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and a licensed agent. As one of the longest serving agents in the city, you will be able to draw upon his extensive knowledge of the local property market and the moving process. Outside work, Kenton is a keen singer of jazz and musical theatre and is one half of the piano/vocal duo ‘Budd and Saunders’.

Tracey comes from a background in Human Resource Management and is a former member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She is experienced in dealing with and solving complex issues in a calm and methodical way. Her meticulous attention to detail is shown in her management of the business but also in her passion for interior design which is reflected in our lovely office.
